Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us a key, door code or lockbox. Just tell us how to get in when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, let us know.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
How is pricing determined?
Prices on our site are starting-at estimates based on bedrooms, bathrooms and type of clean. We confirm the final price before your clean. Heavy buildup, pets or add-ons may change it.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If something was missed, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean that area at no charge.
What's your cancellation policy?

Do you clean offices and rentals?
Yes. We offer weekly small-office cleaning, apartment turnovers for property managers and post-construction cleaning by quote.
